This Legal Notice governs access to and use of EvoLearns and its associated infrastructure (“EvoLearns,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using our services, you agree to the following terms.

EvoLearns provides infrastructure and tooling related to AI systems, data processing, model oversight, and governance controls for enterprise and research environments.

Users are responsible for ensuring lawful use of the platform and compliance with applicable regulations.

You may not:

Attempt to reverse engineer, decompile, or extract proprietary components.

Use the platform for unlawful or malicious purposes.

Circumvent or attempt to bypass containment or governance controls.

2. Intellectual Property

All software, architecture, trademarks, and platform components are the exclusive property of EvoLearns or its licensors. No rights are granted except as explicitly stated.

Unauthorized reproduction, distribution, or exploitation is prohibited.

3. Data Responsibility

Users retain ownership of their uploaded data.

EvoLearns acts solely as a processor of user-provided data and does not claim ownership.

Users are responsible for ensuring that data submitted complies with all applicable laws, including privacy and data protection regulations.

4. Security & Governance

EvoLearns implements technical and organizational controls designed to support secure processing and governance workflows.

However, no system can guarantee absolute security. Users are responsible for appropriate configuration and access control within their environments.

5. Disclaimers

Services are provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.

We do not guarantee uninterrupted service or specific outcomes.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, EvoLearns shall not be liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of the platform.

7. Modifications

We reserve the right to update these terms at any time.

8. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of California.
